Terms & Conditions for panolo

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "panolo," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the panolo gaming platform, accessible at panolo.app, and its operators.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the panolo platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the panolo platform.
• "Platform" means the panolo website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on the panolo platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, bingo, racing, and any other gaming content.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with your panolo account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your account by panolo.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by you to your panolo wallet using real currency.
• "KYC"means "Know Your Customer" — the identity verification process panolo uses to confirm player identity in accordance with applicable regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.

panolo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by panolo may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of panolo services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. panolo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold only one panolo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your panolo account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Verification: panolo may at any time require you to complete KYC verification by submitting identity documents. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your panolo account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your panolo account.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your panolo account and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• panolo will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or full payment card details via any channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or phone.
• You must notify panolo support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

panolo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified panolo of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

All transactions on the panolo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). panolo supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your panolo wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• panolo does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• panolo reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending KYC completion.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. panolo may request additional verification for withdrawals to new payment methods.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• panolo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.

panolo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. panolo reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: panolo reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Modification: panolo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

All games available on the panolo platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within the game information panels.

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG or live dealer result at the time of play. panolo does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the player's wallet. panolo's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
• panolo reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including through collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software errors.
• Winnings derived from exploiting software bugs or errors are not valid and will be voided. Players who discover a software error are required to report it to panolo support immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the panolo platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the panolo platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the panolo platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing panolo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

panolo is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

All content on the panolo platform — including but not limited to the panolo name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of panolo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the panolo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any panolo content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on panolo content.
• Use any panolo trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the panolo platform.

Any unauthorized use of panolo intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panolo's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by you into your panolo wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

panolo shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to service beyond panolo's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to comply with your security obligations under Section 5.

Nothing in these Terms limits panolo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Termination by You: You may close your panolo account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real money funds remaining in your wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no withdrawal restrictions apply.

Termination by panolo: panolo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• panolo is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• panolo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to panolo, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, panolo reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, such funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the panolo platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

panolo operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by panolo may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

panolo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, panolo will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the panolo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
