Termination by You: You may close your panolo account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real money funds remaining in your wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no withdrawal restrictions apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the panolo platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
